Nice session in Sofia with visitors from Mexico, Croatia, and Valencia, Spain. We discussed many challenging cases and focused extensively on En bloc HoLEP techniques. It was a productive exchange with my new colleagues.

Presenting and Moderating at UROLAP in Madrid
Tomorrow, I will present and moderate at the UROLAP meeting in Madrid. The programme is organised by the Department of Urology of Hospital La Paz. This event promises to be an exciting exchange of knowledge and experiences.
