En Bloc HoLEP Session with Spanish Visitors

We hosted a group of visitors from Spain in our operating room. Over a six-hour period, we performed six En Bloc HoLEP procedures. The surgical team is trained and coordination is polished, which allows for excellent turnover and surgical times. We utilized the Quanta System laser during these cases. The visitors observed the entire workflow from beginning to end. This session demonstrated the efficiency of the technique when managed by an experienced team.

Training Session on En Bloc HoLEP in Sofia

I conducted a training session on En Bloc HoLEP at Hill Clinic in Sofia. Participants included colleagues from Brazil, Serbia, the Philippines, the USA, and Spain. The event involved the use of the Quanta System laser platform and was organized with Andromeda Surgical. We discussed the specific steps of the En Bloc technique during the practical session. The training took place over a full day of practical demonstrations and case reviews. I explained the indications for using Holmium laser in this specific anatomical approach. The group focused on technical nuances and operative strategies relevant to Holmium laser enucleation.
