I traveled to Thessaloniki to visit Dr. Andreou. We spent time in the operating theatre together. We performed En Bloc HoLEP procedures during this visit. The procedure involves the use of the Holmium laser for prostatic enucleation. We focused on the specific steps of the En Bloc removal technique in the operating room. This was a collaborative surgical session in Greece. The case demonstrated the practical application of the method. I discussed the technical aspects with Dr. Andreou. We completed the surgeries successfully. This visit allowed us to exchange surgical techniques.
