Today I took the high speed train to Barcelona to participate in a course on GreenLight for the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
I gave a talk on the new techniques, anatomic vaporization, capo-enucleation and enucleation and then we had an animated discussion with the attendees.
Then I returned to Madrid. Despite the high speed train being fast and convenient, going and returning in the same day is 6 hours in the train!
